Ducktails originally started as a solo project by Real Estate’s guitarist Matt Mondanile, and it has since evolved into a more collective effort. The latest single from The Flower Lane, “Letter of Intent,” features Joel Ford of Ford and Lopatin on bass, synth work by Daniel Lopatin of Oneohtrix Point Never and vocals from Jessa Farkas of Future Shuttle and Ian Drennan of Big Troubles.
